I. Job qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills able to positively engage with guests, particularly with children and their parents
- Enthusiastic about interacting and assisting guests with special needs
- Cleaning and sanitizing toys, bathrooms, furniture
- Basic knowledge and training of Aunty’s House Food and Beverage support and policies.
- Must have minimum of 1 year (would be preferred) experience working in a licensed child care facility
- Must be CPR and First Aid certified- will provide training
- Must have a minimum of 12 units of approved schooling in Early Childhood Education (provide school transcripts)
- Current fingerprints (Live Scan)/TB test (Certificate)
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Must possess a strong work ethic and have a positive attitude with all Resort Guests
- Must be culturally aware, friendly, outgoing and able to motivate all ages and demographics
- Highly developed Guest Service and Guest Recovery abilities
- Must have excellent communication skills including friendliness and helpfulness
- Must be a team player and have the ability to operate as area/program independently
- Will cross train as Disney Photo Imaging Photographer
- Will cross train as Character Greeter
