Recruit new clients by circulating through PetSmart to
help customers with their Pet needs, encouraging hospital visits, welcoming
clients and Pets to tour the hospital, and ensuring that clients and Pets are
comfortable in the hospital.

Facilitate the introduction of Banfield services to
PetSmart customers by providing exceptional service (such as assisting owners

care and referring potential clients to the hospital.

Answer basic questions regarding the preventive

Wellness Plans, preventive care, Banfield services, and other issues.
6.
Provide an introduction to our practice, which would
include the practice brochure.
7.
Increase the positive awareness of the hospital through
direct contact with PetSmart customers. Ensure a positive overall shopping
experience and assist with all Pet needs.
8.
Develop a positive, professional relationship with the
PetSmart associates and hospital team members.
9.
Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, using
promotional materials to promote business.
10.
Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service
at all times. .
11.
During slow PetSmart store times, assist in the Banfield
hospital with client call backs or scheduling appointments
12.
Track the number ofnew clients

1.

English, using appropriate grammar, style and vocabulary. Correctly spells commonly
used English words and job specific terms. Demonstrates exceptionally strong
written and verbal communication skills.
3.
Organizational ability - Demonstrates a systematic
approach in carrying out assignments. Is very orderly and excels at cutting
through confusion and turning chaos into order.
4.
