I. List of Model
photographer duties:
- Receive images and mechanicals from ad agencies, creative studios and retouchers and archive in the digital asset management system (BLUE).
- Work with Project Management to ensure image resolutions, dimensions and file naming conventions are inline with Revlon's requirements.
- Track and add all metadata (ie. Model and Photographer usage, brand, date of initial use etc.) for all digital images archived in BLUE.
- Create and maintain user accounts for access and downloading rights to BLUE.
- Track all photoshoots for product and model images, working with project management to identify and archive final creative files.
- Train and assist staff with
usage of the digital art library and BLUE.
Maintain archive of contact sheets and/or digital contact sheets from ad agencies, photographers and retouchers. - Catalog and archive all matchprints for models, ads and product shots.
- Work with Project Workflow to establish and maintain relationships with ad agencies and outsourced creative studios for all brands.
- Perform the Creative Project Manager / Trafficker role as needed by the Team.

- Working knowledge of digital asset management systems and various archival procedures for creative data.
- Ability to mentor new employees on BLUE and the Digital Art Library.
- Detail oriented, proactive and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and works collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
- Communicates professionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to use and understand Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and QuarkXpress.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (4 to 6 years)
