- Ensures that all ships have the necessary, materials, supplies, and retail inventory necessary to smoothly run their day to day operations
- Oversees the warehouse operations and leverages technology to design efficient processes and ensure timely deliveries
- Leads the ordering process (from initial order, to follow up and delivery) for any new project or rollout in the department
- Liaise with vendors to insure optimum pricing and expedited services
- Works with Operations Managers and Senior Photo Managers to understand and meet their purchasing needs
- Manages the operations and cost allocation for our internal Print Shop service
- Prepares requisitions for orders and oversees timely approvals
- Visits warehouse regularly to supervise processes and inventory organization
- Travels to ships as needed to ensure materials, such as signage, are installed as intended
- Maintains up to date inventory of materials and equipment located at warehouse and on every ship, including retail SKUs
- Prepares power point and excel reports for management and vendor meetings.
- Contribute to formulation of company procedures and standards.
- Use judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges

ship photographer qualifications
- Three to five years managing inventory logistics in a retail environment highly preferred
- One to two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to travel 10-20%
- Previous experience in managing Information technology projects and/or inventory software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Project Management or Business Administration highly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and persistent follow-through
- Maintains a professional image and possesses strong, professional communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Adapts well to changes
- Demonstrates the capacity for leadership
