I. List of Lifetouch photographer duties:
  1. Deliver an exceptional experience for each guest beginning with a warm greeting, explanation of what they should expect and gaining an understanding of their expectations.
  2. Gain an understanding of each guest’s portrait needs.
  3. Provide a creative photography session that delivers variety and choice or portraiture exceeding guest expectations and create an opportunity to build product options. 
  4. Share ideas in the viewing process that help the guest select images that meet their needs, including an image for inclusion in the directory.
  5. Build and price a collection (products, frames, finishes) for each guest that meets their needs.
  6. Complete required paperwork and processes timely and accurately to ensure each guests order is fulfilled.
  7. Thank each guest for their time and ensure any questions they have regarding the photography process have been answered.   
  8. Arrive at the location of scheduled photography in a timely manner to prepare for the arrival of guests.
  9. Transfer or assist with transfer of photographic studio to host/church location.
  10. Assist with set-up of photographic studio, calibration of equipment, marketing display set-up.

  1. Passion for photography
  2. Enthusiasm for exceeding guests’ expectations
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment
  4. Ability to work well without direct supervision
  5. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  6. High school education or equivalent
  7. Minimum 1-2 years sales and/or photography experience or training preferred
  8. Must possess basic math skills to be able to calculate pricing options and close out receipts
  9. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  10. Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekends
  11. Must be available for occasional overnight travel
  12. Must be able to lift 55+ pounds, twice daily, with frequent sitting, standing and moderate physical activity
