Art photographer functions

I. List of Art photographer duties:

  1. Must be able to shoot a minimum of 50 oneofakind, unique works of art per day.
  2. Deliver high res images with min. of 300 DPI in Tiff format for print and web platforms.
  3. Must be able to technically light one of a kind, unique works of art
  4. Manage and facilitate all postproduction work (color correction, cropping etc.) on files using CS5.
  5. Must be Mac literate and have strong working knowledge of photo asset management software and systems as well as a working knowledge in prepress workflow including color management and digital imaging tools and software.
  6. Must have advanced postproduction retouching skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe Bridge.
  7. Prefer to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital imaging.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills for working crossfunctionally with the Fine Art Division in San Francisco.

II. List of Art photographer qualifications
      1.            Repetitive and frequent standing, seeing, sitting and walking up to 8 hours per day.
      2.            Repetitive hand and arm movements needed to type and write.
      3.            Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying are necessary to perform job functions.
      4.            Exposed to various weather conditions each day.
      5.            Exposed to both vehicle noise and possible car exhaust fumes.
      6.            Strong technical proficiency in digital photography
      7.            Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
      8.            Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, Photoshop or comparable software
      9.            The ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping and GIS concepts.
  10.            Appraisal and GIS experience preferred
  11.            A Bachelor’s degree
  12.            An entirely clean driving record; we check driving records as part of our pre-employment background screening process
  13.            Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month within assigned territory
  14.            U.S. Work Authorization
